Brockie Donovan Funeral and Cremation Services’ Wade Lumbard and Kelly Lumbard present Samaritan House Ministries director Barb McNish with a cheque for $1830 for the organization. The money was raised through the 12th annual Gossip in the Graveyard event held on June 2 and 3, which hosted 122 guests who met and interacted with nine “spirits” from Brandon’s past; actors with the Assiniboine Theatre Company. Brockie Donovan has sponsored Gossip in the Graveyard since 2007. About $25,000 has been raised through the event, which benefits area charitable organizations.
